Active Prehab/ Recovery is a cancer exercise and rehabilitation programme designed for anyone who has been recovering from or living with cancer within the last five years. A free to access program that gives participants access to a number of different Health and Wellbeing sessions including gym sessions with a Level 4 cancer rehabilitation coach, group sessions (aimed at improving agility, balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination), wellbeing support, and access to other sessions BACT offer. All participants will have access to an individual consultation, reviews and plans specific to their personal needs, preferences and goals.We pride ourselves on building relationships and finding what works for you, at BACT we recognise that everyone has individual needs and this is considered from point of meeting onwards.
